The location for what I needed was great. I really liked the way the interior design appeared and the open lobby. Tge water pressure was strong which I really like. The breakfast bar was clean , nicely organized and staffed by the friendliest hospitality employee I can ever recall meeting, Yari. I was having one of the worst days of my life and she brightened my whole day with encouragement and an infectious positive energy.
The shower head in my room needed to be repaired or replaced. A lot of the jets were not spraying and the ones that were had fine streams with little pressure or jet streams that stung. I rotated the shower head to a different position so I could complete my shower.

1.Location to the highway and restaurants.
2. We had a very sudden loss of a friend of 50 years while we were at dinner with family and got the news very late in the evening, the staff allowed us to have a late checkout to make calls and assist with notifying other families and friends without trying to do this in a public area or while driving.
1.The carpet on the main floor is very lumpy and loose everywhere.
2. Rooms on the left front side of the second floor require you to walk all the way around from the only elevator on the opposite end to get your luggage as the second floor has stairs on the front side of the building going down to the lobby

Routed thru Booking.com; not motel. Asked for early arrival time for 2 rooms. One was not ready until 4:30. Asked for 2 suites $550 total and they were not suites. No breakfast included. Windows and pool filthy. Would never recommend!
