Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ft. Washington - Philadelphia by IHG

Breakfast was excellent - far exceeded expectations. - Very clean dining area. - Exceptionally healthy food/beverage options. e.g. Skim milk, almond milk, lactaid milk, white egg omelettes, pot of home-cooked oatmeal & healthy walnut, cranberry, cinnamon toppings, nonfat greek yogurt, fresh fruit, whole grain bread, bran cereal. - Exceptionally kind servicce and management interested in my observations. Bed and bedding was very comfortable and warm/cozy. Room & bathroom were very clean and remodeled. Front desk let me checkout late because I had an unusual schedule and had barely any sleep the night before. Very kind.

Noisy guest on a phone call business meeting in the lobby -- did not use ear phones or respect other guests. Other guests waiting in the lobby had to listen not only to his loud, unpleasant voice, but also had to his colleagues in the meeting on his speaker phone! Extremely inconsiderate. The Front Desk should have asked him to go to his room or another closed common room, or use head phones instead of speaker phone. Spoiled the end of my stay, could not have a quiet conversation myself.

Definitely worth it. Decent breakfast.

AC is ultra noisy

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than all of the other properties we stayed during our trip. The bath was clean and water pressure was excellent. We particularly liked the close proximity to good restaurants and the train station for our trip into Philadelphia.

Honestly we didn't have any significant complaints.

Great relaxing ambiance
