This was a hidden gym motel. Friendly staff, and great location for walking to dinner after a long day on the road. Room was clean, and cozy. The "boat" decor was more ocean, and felt a little silly, but otherwise, it was awesome!
While it was dated, it was clean and charming. Room was well maintained, and smelled nice. It was just a great little spot to stay, and I would not change a thing!

Lots of out side drifters walking around not associated with staying or staff, it’s close to the river and a bridge

Room was clean enough for an old hotel, but stairs and hallways need to see a vacuum cleaner.
Clientele a little dodgy, but that is because you have the best price around.

Location, comfortable bed
Carpet felt wet by AC. AC couldn’t be adjusted and had flashing lights all night. Breakfast area was very bad. Bagels or cereal were offered. Waffle mix had a funny taste.
