The Westin Tampa Bay

The staff was wonderful- very helpful. The food at the restaurant ( both the breakfast and the dinner menus were super nice. Food tasted good and the presentation was absolutely fantastic.

Nothing. Everything was super. The newly renovated pool was simply great, too!

Close proximity to airport. Ease of parking. Very clean and very friendly staff.

We were greeted at the front door by two lovely young ladies who helped us with our bags and valet parking. Early check in with Johnny was a delight...friendly AND funny.!! The afternoon was HOT and the company I was with was even HOTTER and the highlight of this trip.!! Sitting down by the beach area with him early evening enjoying the breeze and a glass of wine until the light shower and a run for cover was nothing short of romantic. A quick shower and change and then down to the Palmette Brasserie Restaurant for a lovely grouper meal for supper which was delicious and I'm sorry I don't remember our waiters name but he certainly went above and beyond with his patience at our silliness, taking our photos and giving us excellent service...the night in the Junior Suite with the water view was unforgettable ;) We got up early and watched the sun rise from the beach area enjoying a cup of coffee, then grabbed a buffet breakfast with excellent service once again, then headed for a two hour ride on the complimentary e bikes. The two young gentlemen at the front entrance helped us with downloading the app to acquire the bicycle rental (which is complimentary the first two hours) They gave us some recommendations for riding areas and we elected for the little park area across from the hotel and up and around some other back roads without the traffic but I think we should have walked the bikes across the busy highway and road the trail along the bay...very scenic...maybe next time.!! Those same two young men at the front also helped us with our bags and vehicle from valet...Lovely hotel and staff...THANK YOU ALL for making our stay so enjoyable.!!!!

Not a thing...

The location was beautiful! The Starbucks right in the hotel was very convenient!

The bed sheets were not clean! There were stains and I woke up one night itchy and ended up with a rash on my leg. The people in the room next to us were up all night yelling and playing music.
