There was nothing in particular

The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was awesome and friendly!! The area were the hotel was located was great!! The person at the desk in the morning time was pleasant and welcoming. The lobby area was beautiful!!
The rooms could use some updates. Couch was broken down. The breakfast could have been better. Late check out was not an option. The phone in the room did not work. No elevated and we had alot of luggage!! The check in person was not welcoming and was somewhat rude!!
