Staybridge Suites Chattanooga Downtown - Convention Center by IHG

Clean, comfortable, and professional staff

We liked the free breakfast. Our girls liked the gym and what it offered. The room was enough space for us.

We had an issue as when we checked in, my oldest called the front desk to ask what time the pool closed. That was around 5:45 p.m.. she called around 6:10 p.m. to the front desk. Afterwards we went to go down to the pool to enjoy some family time and found that the pool was closed for maintenance. We thought we might try the following day but it was still closed for maintenance. This was the main reason we booked this hotel and I'm not sure why the front desk would have told her that it closed at 10:00 p.m. if it was closed for maintenance. Had we known the pool was closed for maintenance we would have went somewhere else.

The front desk staffs were very friendly and nice they gave us bottle H2O and moon pie. Breakfast was great !

The shower faucet was leaking. The coffee was cold

Close to a restaurant i like

Sofa big rip on arm Looked old and used Room had funky smell. Not up to staybridge standards. Disappointing.
