InterContinental St. Paul Riverfront by IHG

I love the location in downtown St. Paul. It is very close to everything.

The location was incredibly convenient. I had my reception across the street, and the skyway access made it so convenient that I didn’t have to walk outside. Several other guests attending the event also stayed at the hotel, which made the location even more convenient. The skyway access was absolutely amazing and made getting to and from the event effortless. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was fairly cozy and comfortable. While the hotel is somewhat outdated, it provided everything I needed for my event, and the convenience of the location more than made up for it.

The hotel is quite dated, with an almost vintage feel.

We were there for the music festival and the location was perfect. Staff was friendly!

Our air conditioner leaked the entire time we were there (3 nights) and we let the front know multiple times. Left our room humid and the carpet and ceiling wet.

I liked that the location was extremely close to the venue I was visiting.

My room was mediocre not clean, the fridge was leaking, the windows were full of hand prints the sink and bathtub were both clogged. They did not have complimentary waters the Kruger machine did not work. My complaints to staff was backed up with apologies with no resolve or Plan B.
