Bluegreen Vacations Fountains, an Ascend Collection Resort

I haven’t got a negative word to say. Clean, roomy and comfortable facilities. Very kind staff, great location, lovely pools. Very happy with our Stu.

Everything was great.

We loved everything till we did the time share thing. When we said we wasn’t interested they kept coming back with a lower figure. They just didn’t stop when we said no and it was only supposed to take 2 hours and it ended up being like 31/2 hours that took time away from my family.

This resort is in a great location to surrounding theme parks. If you prefer to see the beach or natural springs you are still within an hour drive. The rooms were clean and provided everything we needed. The pool area was great, there were cups that we found in the pool while swimming but overall things were clean.

I booked our room on booking.com and went to the first building on the property thinking that was where we checked in at. Turns out you have to go to the clubhouse if you book on a 3rd party website. Not a big deal but was slightly confusing.

Beds were comfy and the kids loved the pool also very close to everything

The room stayed HOT had it set to 68 and never would get cold. Also was offered 3 times to do a presentation and would get good perks for attending for after answering their questions told no presentation going on that next day or now suddenly where I lived they weren’t giving promotions to. So that was annoying after getting excited my family and I were going to get discounted park tickets to then oh no sorry maybe next time. We’ve stayed here numerous times and have always had a wonderful experience now that Hilton has taken over it seems to have gone downhill a bit.
