Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Richardson

Wonderful size!. It was me and 2 more friends. Very very very comfortable, the kitchenet, the freezer, sink, tv, desk, bath, everything works good (do not expect new appliances, but all are in good shape). Great location in Richardson, several options to eat and walk. Coffee 24x7!

Cleanliness We must talk to the housekeeping and the administration for vacuum, sheets... But they solved quickly. The room smelled as someone smoked there.... and we ask for a none smoking room. There is an issue with mosquito (s)... ask extra electric repellent (Don't know if the area has mosquitoes, or if is really the hotel) Administration should invest in customer service training for their day shift front desk staff regarding attention (a little bit of kindness and problem solving is always good for the business). Night front desk staff it was good Definitely, the sofa bed needs an urgent urgent renovation. Breakfast works (is quite basic)... don't expect a great buffet....

The manager was very nice to me..I loved the split level room. Can I get special rates so I can visit again.

Space

Low price for the night. Large unit with two bedrooms, a TV, and a mini kitchen. Second room on second floor with some steep stairs to climb

The location seemed a little sketchy. You could tell the property was old condominiums converted into hotel rooms.
