Breakfast was fine. Appreciated the eggs, coffee, waffle (don't eat meat). Shower hot water and pressure were great. Bed coverings very comfortable. Very convenient for I-75 arrival and departure. Nice neighborhood & shops. Convenient to event I was attending.

Sorry to see some things are getting crusty around the edges -- elevator, hallway carpet. Surprised the blackout curtains were for show, not function. Thankfully had a hairclip to hold them together when pulled to the middle, which left light coming throubh the open "V" at top but much better for sleeping, a lot of streetlight. Appreciate refrigerator and microwave in room but not needed for this trip. Refrigerator surprisingly loud (maybe they all are). Interrupted sleep, probably should have unplugged it for this duration.

The staff was great but some of the residents, not so much. It seemed to be more like an apartment complex than a hotel, except for the cost.

It seems as though the residents are more prevalent than the guests.

The cost, the guy at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The location. The bed was very comfortable. The room seemed clean.

The lamps in the room were wobbly and wouldn’t stand up straight. They looked kind of rusty and dirty. One of the shades was on backwards, and I tried to turn it around the right way and noticed there was a big stain on the other side that’s why they put it on backwards. The carpet was in good condition but was dirty and gummy and needed a really good cleaning. Not vacuum vacuuming, but a good cleaning by professional rug cleaners. The breakfast was gross. We tried to cook a waffle and it’s stuck to the pan so much it was just in crumbs. The sausage looked like it had been boiled and was sitting in water. It was really gross looking, and the egg container was empty. I didn’t eat a single thing. Oh, I take that back. I took an apple. Which was a good apple. The coffee tasted tea weak and terrible.
