I liked the hotel and the rooms, it's a very beautiful hotel. I especially want to note the professionalism of the receptionist. Her name is Cathy. I'm amazed by her approach to individuality, her ability to communicate with all visitors, and her ability to remember every detail. Please thank her; perhaps you can help her out with a bonus.
I didn't like the smell in the rooms and hallways. It smells stale and always has a musty smell, in addition to the cigarette smoke. Everything else about the hotel is fine. The staff is all polite and the cleaning staff does their best.
