Holiday Inn & Suites Bothell an IHG Hotel

Great breakfast selection. Clean property and very nice and helpful staff

We had a guy above us the first night that was up stomping at 4am….i finally went down to the front desk at 5:45am and complained. They must have let him know there was a complaint because the noise level reduced considerably. However, I was wide awake and unable to go back to sleep at that point.

Clean, spacious, food was great... although my daughter, who stayed there a lot a couple of years ago, had touted a free breakfast. Sound Proof!!

The beds are way too tall. I'm short; I had to hop up to get into bed, feet dangling 6" above the floor. I'm 74, and this wasn't as easy as it used to be. For anyone short with mobility issues this could be a huge issue. Plus, I had to go into the living room to change my clothes because it was Impossible to sit on the bed and put on my pants or socks! I don't like sitting on sofas to dress, so had to take a towel to sit on in order to feel clean. Leave the freaky tall beds for the basketball team.

Breakfast is not actually included for the entire party, nor for each day of the stay as assumed when booking and seeing breakfast included. Major disappointment. Clean, nice room, but tv didn’t work. Not too far from Seattle.
