Location and staff

Internet on the tv kept going out. Made it very difficult to watch when it kept loading over and over There were some stains on the curtains. Either blood or ketchup

Good location

Kinda of creepy, I think I was the only person in the hotel besides the staff.

The room was great - clean & comfortable. Carpet looked new. Breakfast had nice variety & was tasty. The pool itself was nice but I had real problems with access.

Rungs were missing from the pool ladders. Because of that I fell into the pool for starters & had a very difficult time getting out.

The staff were great, front desk staff was engaging and friendly. Breakfast staff was nice. housekeeping staff were friendly.

Bathroom appeared slapped together, the picture hanging in the bathroom is showing stains from repeated humidity. The corners and bottom of the wallpaper appears as if it was installed by a toddler. The elevator has some weird clicks and thumps like it's ready to go off the rails. how come there were no luggage racks in the room for luggage? that is a major deficiency. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever experienced in a hotel stay.
