Holiday Inn Express & Suites Minot by IHG

Great location with clean comfortable rooms, staff at front desk were great

A little over priced

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean.

I paid for a king suite. The cable box was in a cut out in the wall. The remote didn’t work unless you pulled the box out of the wall, no big deal. When I pulled the box out the tv fell halfway off the wall. I will say the front desk very quickly got a manager to rehang the TV and they apologized. Also, the vent in the bathroom made the conversations and loud children in an adjacent room to be heard crystal clear in my room. It was mildly irritating.

Clean

There was renovation taking place. Even though we had a clean pleasant room, there were no ice machines or vending machines available. It is minor, but would have been good to know prior to arrival.

It’s good

Room was a bit hot
