AmericInn by Wyndham Stillwater

We checked in for four nights. Didn't need housekeeping (we make beds! reuse towels!), so we left the DND sign on the door and enjoyed the visit with family nearby. Nice shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, and *lots* of towels. Beds were fantastic! Refrigerator in room was plenty big, clean and functional. Prost! Didn't even turn on TV, but it was well-placed in-between two queen beds. Breakfast had lots of usual options and seating. There were also plenty of places to recycle paper, aluminum, etc. The three employees we communicated with were kind and helpful.

That front drive entrance is no good. Enter, do hard right because of curious paved shoulder in order to proceed to covered area for check-in or through to the side/back for parking. People parking temporarily just beyond paved shoulder in grass/dirt area.

The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The location was a short distance from downtown and other shopping areas.

The hot tub was out of order which was very disappointing. The fire alarm in our room went off at 0200 and woke us up. I was not able to fall back asleep which made the next day difficult.

Wonderful breakfast!

We were impressed with the room. Our towels were replaced without asking! This is the nicest hotel we have stayed in! We were lucky to have a room with new flooring. Loved not having carpet! Rooms were so clean!

The room was fairly clean but it had a weird smell.

Staff wasn’t very friendly. Some didn’t speak English. Beds were hard. Breakfast was very minimal .
