Loved the bathroom, living area and kitchenette. Close to our meeting.
No lounge. (I just wanted a glass of wine to relax in my room but you can only get wine on the street. 😳)
No prepared food - again go to the street or grocery shop for yourself when you arrive exhausted.) Only 2 sizes of bracelets.
Also, I peeled the sticker for checked luggage off my bag. Asked a woman at checkin desk 2 to please put in trash. She pointed to the can by the restrooms and said it goes there. About an 8 on the rude scale.

Quiet and pleasant area.
Very family-friendly resort.

Very friendly staff
The price is very high for the overall experience.
There is no dedicated hotel parking. Parking is off-site and separate from the resort.
The 10 AM checkout is very early.
I asked for a late checkout, but the staff member immediately refused without much discussion and told me it had to be requested one day in advance. I later spoke with management, and they gave us only an additional 30 minutes.
The surrounding area is pleasant, but it does not have a very clear identity as a tourist destination
