My experience was amazing from check-in through checkout. Anabel at the desk was extremely kind and helpful, she answered all my questions and truly went above and beyond. My room was nice and spacious and I loved that the hotel was located in such a great area. Many things to do that were walking distance.

Great location. I liked having access to the large gym next door.
It’s very dated. The rooms are really basic and could do with a refresh.

Emily at the front desk was wonderful! She remembered talking on the phone with me which was really nice. The breakfast was really good. Lots of fruit, bagels, french toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Everything was clean and comfortable.
I really did not like the lighting in the bathroom, I wasn't able to do my makeup in there. There were other mirrors however, that had better lighting.

Great location and polite front desk staff.
The hotel lacks proper maintenance and cleanliness. The room was dusty, housekeepers did a poor job, and the sound insulation was weak with a lot of noise between rooms.
Additionally, some furniture was damaged or missing (drawers were missing and the wardrobe couldn't open properly).

"Bardzo miła obsluga. Smaczne śniadanie. Dosyć duży przestrony pokój i przede wszystkim dobra, bezpieczna lokalizacja."
