Valet parking and they let you take out car without an extra charge. Super clean hotel. Cleaning staff wonderful. Great room service food! You can order room service until 10pm. The bell person was super helpful! Valet staff were quick to get my car and always friendly! Sky bridge goes to Mall. They allow dogs 🐶 The best part! Guest service was amazing when I called.

My husband and I chose the Omni Providence to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, and our experience exceeded every expectation.
