Daily breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. 3-day 2-drinks free option. Received a free upgrade due to keycard access lock not working on first room I was given..
That the pool was closed the entire stay, with no real reason given and nobody seen working on trying to get ut so it could be opened.
The “pub” on grounds was not open, except 2-hours in the evening and for the breakfast buffet..

Location, room was ok, pool, breakfast and morning staff. Close to shopping stores and restaurants, In-n-Out, Chick Fil A, etc. We had breakfast comfortably; seating was a little limited, but staff were friendly and inviting.
One of the female receptionist in the evening needs better customer service. There were two receptionist when we checked in. One was friendly, answering any questions we may have with a smile, the other had a flat affect, argumentative with us. My daughter approached the front desk to ask where the gym was located, and she stated bluntly, “It’s on the paper map I gave you guys”. I was unable to login to any apps on their smart tv (and was too afraid to call the front desk to ask).
