I'm traveling to Arizona and missed my connecting bus. The management worked with me on early check-in and extending my stay since the next bus wasn't for until the next evening.
They even offered me a free ride to the bus station..!!!
If you're ever in the area, I would highly recommend.
I have no complaints about my stay....
