Location - proximity to Yellowstone National Park.
Hot tub.
Coffee machine did not produce hot drinks.
Requested room to be made up in the morning , they said the it was too late. Requested it again next day and it didn’t happen. They charged for coffee in the foyer.

The location was the best

When I arrived to check in, I was waiting for quite some time for someone to appear. When they did I was told check in wasn't for another hour, but if the room was ready, I could check in now for an extra $25, or I could sit and wait in reception. I get paying for a late check out, but I have never been asked for money to check in early! When we did get in the room, it wasn't particularly clean.
