Great location, easy drive to Raymond James stadium and walking to bars and restaurants.
Only complaint is the pillows - woke up each morning and it was completely flat where my head was on it.

I really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service and the friendly personnel
The bed was very comfy, the room was absolutely fine and very clean
complicated process when it came to the credit card: Security deposit was debited upon arrival (not common for European hotels), it took some time before it was credited again. I only received my receipt upon request. In Europe, we are used to receiving this upon check out.
But the pesonnel was super nice and patient and handled everything just fine upon request

Location was fine, room was fine, shuttle was great and the gentleman that drove in the evening was wonderful.
There was no complementary breakfast and so you had to by all meals which was a little expensive.
