Americas Best Value Inn Hobby Airport

We really liked the excellent service. Very kind and nice and helpful gentleman at the office. Our room was super comfortable. Best pillows ever! Bed was comfortable as well. We got a good nights sleep both nights. Air conditioning was super great! And even though we were by the highway with the air on we didn’t hear anything. Even with the air off the highway wasn’t very loud. Getting to MD Anderson was quick from this location. Definitely will stay again.

Clean, has refrigerator and microwave, staff quick response to a need, staff very friendly, location is fairly close to our appointment, quiet, owners were so nice to even give a lemongrass plant for us to take with us

Friendly and very helpful manager. Clean and generous sized room. Excellent place to stay close to the airport.

Wifi somewhat unstable in our room, but could be because of several recent thunderstorm. Missed the option to buy water/a snack? Maybe next time?

I liked the breakfast, except not having bacon. The bed was a 7.5 out of 10. The TV was a good size. Good lighting in the room.

The toilet was clogged when I arrived. That means me and my girlfriend couldn’t go #2 without worrying that we’d have to call for maintenance. She also couldn’t go #1 without it getting clogged. I don’t know if it was just a faulty toilet or was just clogged before we got there. There wasn’t bacon in the breakfast. Who wouldn’t want bacon? The person at the desk was probably new so they couldn’t find my reservation right away. My biggest gripe would be paying $100 to sleep in a room where the toilet worked 10% of my stay. I would ask for a refund over it but obviously that won’t happen.
