The hotel was in a very good location and was easy to walk to some activities. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and spacious. The food we ordered from the kitchen very tasty.
While the room was so wonderful, we were not impressed with the mattress on the bed. It was not very comfortable to us...way too hard and firm.

Great location. Nice hotel. Expensive and very crowded partly due to location. Great little city.
Parking and front lobby was cramped and tight to move around in. Parking garage was quite a distance from the entrance of hotel. . Long walk with baggage.

Ice machines on our floor didnt work the whole weekbwe were there, going to bar to ask for ice seemed like a burden to the bartender... when it came to check out the front desk gentleman was not very helpful had to ask another front desk lady to help and even that felt like a bother to her.. heard better reviews at hotel bo will be going there next
Have a nicer and friendlier staff, fix issues as soon as their brought to staff attention
