Comfort Suites Elgin Northwest

Nice , comfortable, cool in door pool, quiet

Very clean very comfortable.

In our room (119)we could hear the water from the plumbing system through our wall . Wasn’t a fan of hearing running water running through all night . Along with the random clash noises from same said wall .

Friendly staff, very helpful, great large rooms

bigger gym

Location was good. It was near a zoo for our grandchildren.

I booked this through Booking.com and I reported that I had two adults and two children nine and 11. I accepted the king size bed with a pullout, but the pullout was extremely uncomfortable. There was no bedding for the pullout until my husband asked for it. We requested a different room with two queens, but we’re not able to be accommodated that night and so we spent my husband and my grandson spent a very uncomfortable night on that pullout. The next day when we requested the new room, the staff said well a king size and a pullout is really for only two people. Booking.com needs to be upgraded then.
