Location convenient.
1. Was assigned a room that was already occupied 2. AC stayed at 59 degrees for 2 days (I reported it, and it was worked on) - 3rd time, it worked. 4. Suggest a bath mat, slipped in the shower). 5. Front desk - Sharon was terrific!

It was around the corner from the Outlets and restaurants. And 5 minutes from where we was going. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. This is a hotel that I will come back too.

Location
The elevators were broken then one was in service, we were on the 7th floor and had to wait for multiple people to get on before we could and the elevator became filthy.
