Hampton Inn Rochester-Webster

The people were very nice. It was very clean and the breakfast were delicious. I would rate everything 10 but the hot tub just really upset us. I know things go wrong, but we're looking forward to it.

We actually picked it cause it had the pool in the hot tub. The hot tub was not working both days we were there. We didn't get to use a pool, but the older people wanted to use the hot tub.

I needed to get into my room at noon to get myself ready for my wedding, and I was told that I couldn’t, very disappointed, I had to get ready at the venue, and everyone saw me before I wanted to be seen. When I booked the room, O let her know I was a senior and I should get a discount she said hold on, when she came back she told me they didn’t have any available, but she had a room for me before, I let her know that I was a senior, that’s false advertisement. I only chose to stay there because it was right down the road from where I needed to be, we got back to the room at 1:00 AM we were exhausted when I took a shower there was a cockroach, I had to yell for my husband. Very disappointing, back in 2021 I lived in Virginia and when I came to visit family I’d stay there, it was amazing back then.
