The comfortable of the room the environment.

I didn't care to much for the smoking area near the entryway. I think they should make or get like tent especially when the weather is not good.

We stay at this hotel whenever we are visiting our grandson, who stays with us at the hotel. The staff is wonderful, the pool is nice, and it's a short walk to good food.

Front desk staff were professional and helpful.

Noisy people outside in parking lot, nothing related to the hotel.

Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Having a kitchen was terrific as we stayed multiple days.

The phone didn't work. When I went to call the front desk it was just dead. I didn't like that my credit card was charged $250 for some fee I still don't understand and was told it would be taken off upon checking out. I could see putting an authorization hold on the credit card but not actually charging the card. Then after checking out, it did not get credited. When I called the office to rectify the person told me that the charges "would just fall off." I said, "Nothing just falls off once it's charged. You have to issue a credit." Then I asked to talk to a manager, who was not present. It did get credited back to my account. But honestly, this was a problem when I have to spend time helping people do their jobs correctly, especially for a silly policy that punishes guests who actually do things correctly.
