I liked how the crew got along with each other and you heard them laughing. I really liked that, but why does not management succeed in caring for the hotel guests, who in the end pay all the paychecks?

I stayed for three nights and paid a LOT of money for that, but the room doesn’t offer even a single comfortable chair and not even a tiny desk. Instead two queen beds fill the big room that features hardly any light ( the single window is very small and there’s no light installed at the ceiling; there’s only one table light and one of the two bulbs didn’t work. Writing to the reception about it did not activate the team to do anything about it. In a corner with an eating table, there was another lamp that was so weak that you could not even read a book with it. No understanding how some professional Hotel could care so little about. Standard level hotel for business travel. Clean and comfortable. Appreciate a working fridge and coffee maker in the room.

Location is strange but I suppose for business travelers, being nestled in the middle of a business park makes sense. Also, parking should be included. Unless you're downtown, you absolutely need a car so tacking on parking costs felt a little like nickel and diming.

First day, the room smells like cigarettes. I told the staff and I was told the place is smoke free. The smell came from air conditioning and I turned off the air and it went away. The staff did offer another room. It was too much hassle to move so I didn’t. Other wise the place is ok.
