The shower! The front desk person was professional. We arrived late but check in was smooth. The beds were super comfortable. The room we were in didn't have carpet.
The smell in the room but we quickly got used to it and didn't smell it in a few minutes. The building is older but nicely maintained. Not being directed to a shorter route to the room. Ice was only on the 1st and 3rd floors. We were on the 2nd.
