Breakfast was wonderful. The server was the absolute best.
Bathroom could have been cleaned better as there was hair in the shower and on the floor

The friendliest people we encountered wherever we went in Lynchburg 😃
Couldn’t stay longer 😀

The staff were friendly and were kind considering the challenges they were facing. Lots of available parking and the location is convenient for the rest of Lynchburg. The workout facilities were convenient.
Upon arrival I learned that there was no running water or wifi. Obviously this was abnormal and not in the plan. Guests seemed very frustrated and some seemed as if they were leaving because of it. The nice staff member was working as hard as she could and was considerate but she has no help from other team members or staff and she could've used it.
