Staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and the place was very clean. My husband absolutely enjoyed still having a bathtub as he prefers a bath over a shower.
We paid in advance for two nights, but we only stayed one. I’m hoping that the additional night will be refunded as the representative Bianca gave us a late checkout on Saturday, September 26 and said she would refund the additional day as we left.
The new AC system was a little difficult to control and we were very cold.

The room was comfortable, clean and cool. The staff was very friendly from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was very good.
My only minor complaint was that there was a defect in the TV in the room where the screen had a dark blue tint on it.

Good location. Clean.
My husband is handicapped. Ask for blankets; had to go get them from the front desk. The rep only pushed the button for him to bring them up. Didn’t offer assistance to bring them to the room. Had stroke on one side. Has limited mobility.
