Good location, close to mall, restaurants and Winchester Mystery House

Room was on street side, and there was a lot of traffic until 10 pm. Then it finally quiet down. Air conditioner was a little load

Water in sink barely warm

The room was big and spacious, the bed was firm, the shower was filtered and spacious, and the free breakfast was more than I expected for a "Free Breakfast". Most hotels where I've stayed had a "Free Breakfast" that consisted of stale or day-old muffins or some sort of baked goods, but The Row has eggs, sausage patties, crispy diced potatoes, coffee, tea, different juices, different fruits, an assortment of toast/bagels, etc. And the young man cooking the breakfast and setting up the lounge, was very friendly and open to chat.

After a few hours, the firm bed can be too firm but nothing drastic. I wish there was a bar. I can't say there's anything I really didn't like.

Continental breakfast and fitness center

Remote attendant. No hospitality. Having to use my palm print to get into my room. The appearance of a lounge with a bar, but no food or drinks or anyone manning it. Guests were loud in the hallways at 3am and there was no one to address it.
