Ease of checkin, pleasant staff
A bit noisy in the night. Dragging furniture, slamming doors

The staff member on the front desk as very friendly and helpful. The location was handy for an airport stay, and there were some food and drink places next door. The bed was very comfortable. The shuttle transport was easy to arrange, and the driver was wonderful.
We saw a cockroach climbing up the wall which made us feel quite uncomfortable. The room was fine but generally tired looking. There were bugs in the bread and bagels at breakfast, and it was generally very poor quality. I think every machine in the gym was broken so they need to fix it or close it as it’s quite dangerous.
