Staff was great, room was clean,amenities

Shower drain was clogged up bad

Great location renovations were goood

I think they need to do better with cleaning

Quiet , good customer service and staff

Not much I didn’t like they were all really nice there

The female morning staff member was rude, blunt, arrogant, and acted like I was trying to steal from the room. I paid for the room in advance online. I was advised by a male staff member working the evening before that I could check in early. I was not advised of an early check in fee at the time of the call. When i arrived at the hotel for early check in I was advised, I owed almost $6 in taxes, $100 deposit, and I'd have to pay $25 to check in early by the female morning staff member. She said I'd been given the wrong info. The was upsetting and her demeanor was even worse. The hotel room was great considering the price. I advised them of the defects in the room as soon as I entered the room and looked around so that I would not be charged for what a previous customer did. Before I left 2 female employees checked the room. I asked them to check because I didn't want to be charged and accused of stealing. The female who checked me out said, "I was going to charge you for one of the rags, but then I saw it hanging on the shower bar"! It was very clear that the female working the morning of 10/7/26 was hell bent on doing charging me extra for items and didn't break or take!!! She assumed I would steal based on the way I looked!!! I DON'T STEAL!!!! I'VE WORKED FOR EVERYTHING I HAVE AND WILL EVER HAVE!!!!! SHE DOESN'T KNOW ME!!!! I SERVED MY COUNTRY!!!! I DO MY JOB!!!! I'M A DISABLED VET!!!! I'M TIRED OF THIS BS FROM PEOPLE WHO THINK AND ACT LIKE THAT!!!!
