They offered fresh waffles, cooked to order and the breakfast room was ready to open at 6 AM! The buildings are single story and longterm guests had their own wing. The Owner was on duty the night I arrived and was very personable and informative. Even though you need to cross a street that runs through the middle of the complex, it was not highly traveled during the night, so the room was quiet. Located just off of Golden State Ave. and near the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds.

the towels are very old and need replacing... also add fabric softener to you load of towels... they were scratchy and thin.

I liked the one story layout. Though several parties stayed at the Inn that night, we were not disturbed whatsoever. I will look forward to additional EV charging stations upon our next visit.
The staff went above-and-beyond. My daughter needed sssistance to print out her entrance ticket to the ACT exam. The night clerk suggested e-mailing the doc to the Inn, and produced a copy in short order.
My eyeglasses went missing the next morning. I appreciated the concern and support shown to me by the day guy (proprietor?).
my choice of parking spaces for Room 111 were not within sight of the room.
I wished there were protein options for breakfast, e.g. yoghurt, cheese, hard boiled eggs. (I’m diabetic.) moreover. fresh fruit would be a nice addition.

The beds were comfortable.
The location was near residential and you could hear a lot of noise. Trains were loud.
