Loved the comfy bed, free parking, pool, easy room layout, great location, included a basic breakfast.
No shampoo and conditioner, door cards were very temperamental, some things in the room need cleaning eg. Remote control.

The room was large and clean. Lots of restaurants and shops around and it was well located as a stopping point when heading down to the keys. Breakfast was not the best, but at this price point it's to be expected.
The breakfast was waffles and cereal. Not that great and the place was under staffed. However, it was good value.

The king rooms were beautiful. The other double bed was uncomfortable.
I DID NOT GET A REFUND FOR 1 day. Additionally the garbage were not removed from the rooms for 2 days, no clean towels were provided, no soap, neither was the bed linen changed for the period. The TV stopped working while we went on the road and returned.The staff are impolite except for 1 of the 3 front desk representatives. The food is extremely limited and remains the same everyday.
