The property was very neat and clean and it was a comfortable stay. The kids got to go into the pool although it was not real warm.
As I stated above it would’ve been just a little better if the temperature of the pool was a little warmer and as I am remembering I asked for the man that runs the pool to put some lights on in there and they told me he was off and nobody knew how to do that put the lights on in the pool and to check the temperature

So quiet. Either there were no neighbors or the walls, floors and doors are extra thick for sound insulation. Hotel is located close to interstate but traffic noise was kept at minimum. That is tricky. Also, staff was nice and available, which isn't always the case with la quintas.
Fayetteville. Anywhere else this price point would create higher expectations. But one does not go budget in Fayetteville without deep lasting regret (a fact that management is probably aware of). Providing more than the standard fare for breakfast might justify the price.

Convenient location
Cleanliness
Overall impressions were a older building w/ attempts to modernize ( some floors were sagging, a coat of paint thrown on a wall )
Location was right on interstate ramp so you could hear traffic all night
