Most of the employees were very nice and helpful.

I had a death in our family so I’m one week I had to book 4 rooms 4 different times for us and family members. My first room 153 was perfect. Second to Last room 267 a/c didn’t work well, it never shut off and was incredibly loud and the room smelt so bad. Smelt like a muggy smell almost like there was a leak or water damage somewhere. I went downstairs to see if we course be moved and the lady running g the desk is not my favorite person she was very grouchy when I checked in the beginning so I asked if the hotel was full and she said kind of and I just ignored it. So might need to see if someone can check the room out.

Staff was helpful.

Facilities are dated, rooms are only serviced every other day, and the room isn't well-appointed.
