I loved the location & how homey it felt as if I was in my own apt.

Anything you could ever need even if it was the absolute worst emergency you will never ever ever ever get anyone to answer the phones. I still have yet to receive my payment back for incidentals & nobody will answer the phones & it's been over a month.

Close to lots of restaurants, stores, etc. Location felt safe. Free breakfast was nice, food was decent.

Building is old and outdated. We were put in a pet friendly room (We did not have pets) but the room smelled like animals (cat pee) and furniture was clawed by cats. Doors and walls had splattered substances (no idea what it was) on them. When opening dishwasher there was dust build up that had been there for a while. Carpet was peeling from wall. A/C took for ever to cool the room. Water took forever to get hot. The entire room needs a deep clean and needs to be updated! Overall we made it work for the two nights we were there but would not stay again and definitely would not recommend staying for a long trip.
