Website not updated as first item shown was free breakfast, NOT HERE. We chose this location for this amenity. Free coffee dispensers were empty as well. Staff at check in and departure were less than friendly. No smile, no words of welcome. Upon departure the desk clerk seemed to feel her phone and whatever she was doing was a bigger priory than handling our my request for a receipt,

I liked the environment

A bunch of things were broken or just gone. The Starbucks restaurant is gone now. How do we get fed without having to spend money on fast food. Mind you, we already spend 100+ per night. I’m pretty upset about that. Second off, the room service phone didn’t even work, they advertise to call room service if we need anything restocked but we can’t even use the cell phone they provide us. Third, our key card to get in stopped working at phone point while it wasn’t even time to check out(it was a day before checkout) I like this place but it’s definitely downgraded since the last time I’ve been

Almost everything in this hotel needs updating. The curtains in our room were ripped. The towel rack was not attached to the wall and all of the clean towels had to be piled on the vanity of the sink.so so
