Sonesta ES Suites Raleigh Cary

The young lady who was the breakfast attendant is a gem! She did her job with speed and efficiency. She was so warm and welcoming and made guests feel special. She is a hard worker, a wonderful brand ambassador, and a huge value add to your hotel. She’s a keeper! Please compensate her for what she’s worth. I would stay at the hotel again just to enjoy her bright and cheerful disposition. The male housekeeping staff member went out of his way to help me find ice. Your staff members are kind people!

Great location, price was great for the accomodations.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Location, staff was exceptionally friendly
