All the staff were very helpful, friendly, and cordial. The cleanliness throughout was excellent. It was very nice to be surrounded by forest and a nearby large pond.
All the restaurants and coffee shops were 10 to 20 minutes away but it is a case of not being able to 'have the cake and eat it'. The hallway on floor 9 was too cold. Elevator no. 4 was too loud. The sound quality of the restaurant and bar was cavernous and not cozy and I think it was over priced.

Nice location clean and the employees in the reception are helpful
The house keeping there is very bad we had 5 problems with house keeping some of them about not cleaning the room well and one problem because they took our personal cups by mistake and the last problem was that they left our room door open after cleaning for 7 hours while we were outside the hotel
