The room was lovely

Needed a last minute place to stay and found this one with amazing reviews. It did not disappoint at all. Checking in was easy and the staff member that helped me was very friendly and helpful with check in. Nice little breakfast that fueled us for the rest of our trip. Definitely saving this for future stays here in the city.

Nothing. It was a very nice stay

The location was great. Easy to get dinner and breakfast to eat located nearby. Staff was friendly. Room was very nice. The mattress was comfy.

The pool was terrible!!! We rented this hotel for a medical scan my Son had to have at the nearby hospital and thought the indoor spa/pool would be a relaxing touch to help unwind from the stress and uncertainty of the scanning process. The pool not only looked quite worn, giving it a dirty bottomed look. The metal roofing beams have partly and near completely rusted through, HOWEVER my biggest issue was the LUNG & EYE BURNING levels of Chlorine in the pool. I coughed for days after our 30 minute encounter. It ruined my swimsuit with the high levels of chlorine. Even though we washed the three swimsuits several times in an actual washing machine when we got home it took 3 washes to get the intense chlorine smell. It was an awful pool and spa experience that I feel I paid for days of the aftermath and money spent. One family jumped in the pool and left within 10 minutes because the fathers eyes were burning so it effected other people.
