THE STAFFWAS VERY PROFESSIONAL BUTDIDNT OFFER A LOT FOR DIABETICS, NO SUGAR FREE SRYUPS ETC

Excellent location, exceptional staff, great complimentary breakfast, clean, well equipped suite rooms.

The cost is pretty high, but that is to be expected in a big city, especially during a holiday weekend.

I could hear loud car ride by but I guess that’s the city life . Next time I’ll take the highest floor for no noise level . LOL

We stayed in Room 2015 for four nights. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with no major complaints, but there are definitely areas where this hotel could improve, especially considering what we paid. First, the positives! Our room was incredibly quiet. We never heard our neighbors, which was a huge plus. Our window overlooked what appeared to be an apartment building with a beautiful rooftop. There was even a narrow rooftop area where residents brought their dogs out to play, so we got to enjoy watching the little pooches!

The cabinets and stainless steel appliances looked nice, but the sink faucet looked like something straight out of the 1980s. The garbage disposal was ridiculously loud and sounded like it was on its last leg. We didn't report it during our stay, but management should definitely inspect it. The cooktop also showed considerable wear, including chipped edges. The bedroom thermostat looked like another relic from the '80s. The bathroom could also use some modernization. The bathtub and fixtures were dated, and the toilet was unusually low.
