Drinks from the bar and desserts were delicious. The staff at the front desk as well as in the restaurant were very kind and welcoming.
Maybe offer a plastic / disposable tray for people who want to take food and beverages to their room- to give them something to carry it on. I struggled carrying two plates and two drinks with nothing to put them on from the restaurant up to the 17th floor and down the hall.

Cleanliness. Nice amenities.
If you pay online through booking, they will charge you again at the front desk.
