100% sprawdzonych opinii8 / 10Doskonały·paź 2026
The breakfast was good. I liked the pool and the hot tub there.
I had booked a room with a stand up shower and got one with a tub and it took a while for the tub to drain. I told staff and was told nothing could be done.

The property was very nice
The general manager Sara!! Of all my years in customer service businesses I have never experienced someone as difficult as her. She has no sense of empathy for a misunderstanding and wouldn’t listen to me to help resolve the booking.com issue.

Lots of space in the room. The beds were very comfortable!
All was great. Just wish there was bedding included in the room for our 5th person on the couch. We just had to ask the front desk. Not a big deal! Everyone was extremely comfortable.

When I was checking the front desk agent walked away without letting anyone know what was going on. The lobby was backed and one agent who was not communicating with us. When we got to front desk he was distant and aggravated. Rudely said if you want a queen there is none clean. Told him I have a king he gave the key and that was it. The service was horrible.
The service of workers at the hotel.

"The bed was SO comfy, the TV worked, the shower water had so much water pressure, and the fridge was already plugged in and cold!"
