Residence Inn Hartford Manchester

I seriously have nothing bad to say. This property was amazing and the staff were amazing. It was clean. I am typically first to say “the hotel was good but….” I have nothing bad to say.

Pool hours weren’t long enough

I liked everything about the property. It was very quiet very clean and the staff was very nice.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool and patio closed at nine it should’ve been a little later, but other than that, it was great.

The pull out sofa bed. It was unusable. We were in town for a funeral, so we were sharing the room with my mom who was going to use the pull out sofa, but it was so unimaginably uncomfortable that she just slept on it as a couch. The problem was the mattress, if you can call it that. Honestly, I’m sorry to disparage the hotel, but if you’re looking at the hotel and planning to use the sofa bed, good luck… Also, standard crappy U.S. hotel breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches were literally warmed up in their plastic packaging and left in the warming trays like that. Seriously?
