The breakfast was great! The selections offered were beyond my expectations!
The printer was out making a paper receipt impossible. They don’t accept cash payments which I thought was odd.

Security, friendly staff, and breakfast
The area isn’t the best in Memphis but the hotel had a gate at the entrance which was good for security.

The Staff was great! Great customer service for sure.
My room had ants in the trash can, on the desk and in my bed and I had to be switched to another room and they accommodated me without question. So again, customer service, great!! Just cleanliness to the rooms wasn't so great. There was hair all in the bathroom sink and shower as well. It just wasn't as clean as you'd hope for a hotel room.
