I guess the staff were ok. I’m glad there’s someone always on the property 24-7. The bed was cozy and the room was decent.

The hotel needs a renovation. I’ve seen the walls/ceiling just patched up, worn-down carpets, and my room’s shower, the water leaked all over the outside of the shower every time in the bathroom and onto the carpet out the door. I also had a centipede in my bed. The space under my entry door has too much space that someone could peek under and see into my room. I’ve also had problems of my card key not always working to open my door. I also had to turn the knob upwards to open the door. The parking lot was never cleaned while I was there for a week (trash everywhere). I think the parking lot needs to be more lit as well to feel safer.

We arrived after 1am extremely tired. Staff member was nice. But we're unable to park near our room. As parking lot was full along the rooms. The beds were very comfortable. Actually the best beds yet for our trip.

Parking was our main disappointment as we still couldn't move truck close to room to load up.

Swimming pool was nice, breakfast was fine- the standard fare but edible and nutritious to start the journey The Honorable President Trump is working hard to help all American citizens Rejoice

Refirgerator coils were all iced over and refrigerator was warm. I told Diego at the front desk and asked him to have maintenance replace it as i had children and cold drinks for them that turned warm because it did not work Nothing was done, Diego disrespect me and plays everything off customer service classes are needed for some of the employees Diego acted all tough and like he was the big boss when we checked in rude cocky want to put on attitude, Diego are you a citizen or illegal immigrant. Smile, be friendly and I see garbage cans in the hallways, the big 60 gallon industrial ones seriously the garbage smell and musty smell of old carpet we need to address some issues here at this hotel
